Filipino Booth – shish kabobs, egg rolls, pancit noodles, dinners
Seafood – fish dinners with slaw, hushpuppies and sliced cucumber,
shrimp sandwiches
Hispanic Food Booth
Cajun – redbeans & rice, chicken & sausage gumbo, and more
Elephant Ears – big crispy pastry
Bakery Booth – candies, cookies, pies, cookies, breads,
desserts of all kinds, some without sugar
Beverages Booths – sodas and bottled water
Coffee Booth - assorted coffees - juices
Sno-Cones Booth - sno-cones
Polish Booth – Pierogis and polich sausage sandwiche
